Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards 2007 Ceremony was held on 7 February 2009, at Naypyidaw.This year(2007) Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards were decreased than last year. Only 6 awards were given this year, although 11 awards were used to be given every past years.The Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Awards are film awards given annually in Naypyidaw, Burma presented to the biggest achievers in the Cinema of Burma. The awards ceremony has been held annually since 1952. Each winner is presented with a golden statue and in recent years also a cash prize.
